Covid-19 Prevention Policy
At Heartwarming Treasures Inc we value customer and employee health and safety as our highest priority. During this Covid-19 pandemic we are adhering to local, state and federal mandates and guidelines regarding health precautions to keep our employees and customers safe.
We are constantly monitoring and updating our operating procedures to adhere to changing proclamations in Washington State during this time. Highlights of policies we have put in place include but are not limited to:
1) All employees must stay home if they feel sick. Temperature checks are made when employees first report to work and employees are expected sanitize their hands frequently.
2) While at work, employees must wear masks and gloves. Employees are expected to sanitize the working counters between each product build.
3) All deliveries are contact-less. Drivers are expected to wear masks when delivering orders to doorsteps. Our contact-less protocol includes placing the gift at the doorstep, ringing the doorbell and stepping back from the porch 6' or more. In cases where a signature would have been required, the delivery person will wait to confirm an adult is home and view any required proof of age without contact.
